Fall at Longwood Gardens begins. Pumpkin Playground (9/30-10/31)

Beginning at 10 a.m., Sly Fox Brewing will host their annual blow-out Can Jam Festival featuring live music from top indie artists; an optional, brewery-supported 16- or 40-mile bike ride along the Schuylkill River Trail; and the world’s largest KanJam tournament. This free event is the ultimate way to conclude the summer in greater Philadelphia.

South Philly SausageFest! Free, open to the public, and kid friendly with activities like sidewalk chalk, hula hoops, and face painting. The event is going to feature 10 restaurants, 10 local craft breweries, 8 live shows, and more from noon to 8pm on West Passyunk Avenue between South Broad Street and 15th Street.
