Mural Arts on Abbott Elementary TONIGHT!
Are you a fan of Abbott Elementary? Odds are, yes. Mural Arts will be featured on Abbott Elementary tonight!
It’s funny, it’s cute, and best of all, it’s about a fictional school inspired by and BASED IN PHILADELPHIA! The show is winning a bunch of awards too. It’s Grammy winning, Emmy winning, and most recently, Abbott Elementary took home a SAG award this past weekend for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series. It also took home the NAACP Award for Best Comedy Series. Oh, and creator and star of the show Quinta Brunson (who is a Philly native too) also took home an NAACP award for Best Actor in a Comedy Series. All in one weekend. If you’re not watching, you should be.
The show airs Wednesday nights on ABC, with a very special episode tonight. Tonight’s new episode of Abbott Elementary stars none other than Philadelphia’s incredible Mural Arts Program. The episode is even titled “Mural Arts”.
The Mural Arts Program is renowned all over the world, and now will be introduced to a whole new audience through this great show. What a cool way to highlight even more of the city’s amazing arts and culture scene. I can’t wait. Mural Arts will be featured on Abbott Elementary tonight (Wednesday, March 1st), and I may even stay up late for it. They’re hosting a screening too!
Get hyped! An all-new #AbbottElementary is coming to your screens this Wednesday! 🙌 https://t.co/F2Cz5E6WFz
