Kristen Interviews Miss Philadelphia 2023 Jacqueline Means
There’s a new Miss Philadelphia in town! Jacqueline Means is Miss Philadelphia 2023, and she is ready to hit the ground running.
The Miss Philadelphia organization is over 102 years old and the Miss Philadelphia competition features the best of the best of young women in our area each year. The winners each receive a cash scholarship, and a full tuition scholarship to attend Cabrini University. They will also represent Philadelphia at the Miss Pennsylvania state competition in June. The 2023 Miss Philadelphia and Miss Philadelphia Teen competition took place on February 18th, and it was a night to remember.
Your Miss Philadelphia 2023 is Jacqueline Means, and Miss Philadelphia Teen 2023 is Eva Del Ricci. Jacqueline is a University of Delaware student, majoring in Medical Diagnostics with a PreMed Minor in Neuroscience. Yeah. Pretty impressive. Her platform follows that STEM interest and can be summed up into this catchy little title, “Today’s Girls, Tomorrow’s STEM-inists”. STEM-inists! Love it.

You’ll have plenty of chances to chat with her too. Be sure to say hello to Jacqueline if you see her out and about in Philly! You’re likely to run into her at one of the over 100 appearances she’ll make during her reign. She’s already made a few appearances, including a stop at Termini Brothers for a cannoli, and she’s excited to appear at her first Mummers Parade in January!
