Live and Work at Disney World. The Disney College Program is Now Accepting Applications
College students, Disney fans, get your resumes ready. A chance to work at Disney World!
There’s an opportunity to live and work at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, open to college students and recent graduates. And they’re accepting applications now!
All college majors are welcome too, with a number of different pathways to choose from.
The Disney College Program
Gain lifelong friendships, work experience, and countless memories working in the most magical place on earth. Some of the requirements for this program:
- Students must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
- Currently enrolled and taking classes at an accredited U.S.’ college, university, or higher education program OR have graduated from an accredited U.S.” college, university, or higher education program within 24 months of the application posting date.
- Must have completed at least one semester at an accredited U.S.” college, university, or higher education program by time of program arrival.
- Possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization for the duration of the program. Disney does not sponsor visas for the College Program.
There’s a big learning component too. The program offers academic support, experiential learning and instructor-led experiences too. The Disney Culinary Program
For this program students must be enrolled as a full-time or part-time student in a School of Culinary Arts, or enrolled in a culinary/baking and pastry school or have graduated within 24 months of the application posting date from a school in the US. Learn more HERE.
But where will you live?
There’s housing. You can live at Flamingo Crossings Village, owned and managed by American Campus Communities. The property features upscale living spaces, resort-style pools, a full-service fitness center, community-building common areas, and exceptional educational facilities. Disney 100: The Exhibition had its world premiere on February 18th, 2023 at the beautiful Franklin Institute. The exhibition is now open, featuring so many treasures from the Walt Disney Archives, and lots of interesting facts too, for even the biggest Disney fan.
The exhibit covers everything from live-action to animation and Disney Parks to a galaxy far, far away.

The exhibition spans across ten galleries throughout a 15,000-square-foot exhibit space. There are more than 250 rarely seen original artworks, artifacts, costumes, props, and other memorabilia for the exhibition celebrating 100 years of The Walt Disney Company.
The World Premiere of Disney 100: The Ehibition, February 18th-August 27th at the Franklin Institute
