Taco Bell Rolling Out New Crispy Chicken Sandwich Taco
Taco Bell is getting in on the chicken sandwich wars. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich Taco is both a sandwich and a taco. Testing will begin in Nashville and Charlotte starting next month with a nationwide debut later this year.
The Crispy Chicken Sandwich will feature premium all-white-meat crispy chicken, marinated in jalapeno buttermilk, then seasoned with bold Mexican spices and rolled in a crunchy tortilla chip coating. Both a regular and spicy version will be available and both are served in a puffy bread shaped in a taco form with a piece of crispy tortilla chicken and signature creamy chipotle sauce. The spicy version includes crunchy jalapeño slices for those who can take the heat.
The Crispy Chicken Sandwich Taco will be $2.49 and isn’t the only crispy chicken item coming to Taco Bell in 2021.
