And even with their stance on password sharing getting much stricter, it appears that it didn’t take too much of a hit. You will get to see in this article the shows and movies making their way onto the service in March of 2024 along with their release dates.

According to DemandsAge.com, Netflix has 260.28 million subscribers in 2024. Also, it is the preferred streaming site for 47% of Americans as well. So it’s safe to say that they’ve pretty much cornered the market when it comes to streaming despite competitors constantly coming forth.

In fact, they rank first in DigitalTrends survey of the top ten streaming services with Amazon Prime coming in second. Disney+, MAX, and Paramount+ round out the top five in that order.

Coming To Netflix March 2024

Adam Sandler has created quite a few projects with Netflix over the years ever since he signed a massive deal to make movies with them. His new movie, Spaceman, has a very high audience score on Rotten Tomatoes, you can see the release date below.

Some honorable mentions before we get into the list; fans of The Hunger Games are going to be able to watch all four of the original movies on Netflix starting on March 31st. Also, The Conners season 1-5 will be available for streaming starting on March 27th. Finally, last honorable mention, CoComelon season ten is hitting the streams on March 11th.

  • "3 Body Problem"

Coming to Netflix on March 21st, this science fiction thriller has a lot of buzz around it. Now obviously, I haven’t seen the show yet because it isn’t out but the hype is real. From the creators of “Game Of Thrones” so you know I am all about this. It doesn’t have any SUPER stars in the cast but the premise is fascinating.

Here’s the summary according to IMDb: “A fateful decision made in 1960s China reverberates in the present, where a group of scientists partner with a detective to confront an existential planetary threat.”

  • "Irish Wish"

Where are my rom-com fans out there? For those who aren’t, that’s short for romantic comedy! And this is a great one with excellent timing. Lindsey Lohan stars in this movie coming out on March 15th. Could you ask for betting timing with St. Patrick’s Day on the 17th? It’s kind of perfect.

I am always rooting for Lohan, I am so glad to see her making some great, quality content with Netflix.

  • "Full Swing" Season 2

Okay, hear me out here. The second season comes out on March 6 and it’s going to be your favorite show. Trust me. My wife, who doesn’t have any interest in golf at all, loved this show. In fact, the first season was our absolute favorite. We are so ready for season two. I love picking up a show a season or two in because you can binge and play catchup to get ready for March 6th.

  • “The Program: Cons, Cults and Kidnapping”

For documentary fans, you know I’ve got you covered here. This is “The Program: Cons, Cults and Kidnapping” which releases on March 6th for your viewing pleasure. Now if you aren’t a documentary fan, I don’t recommend starting here. Ease your way in because I’ve heard this is amazing but also pretty intense.

The idea is, misbehaved kids have been “kidnapped” and taken to these special schools for rehabilitation. I heard from a friend that she actually grew up around one of these schools, fascinating. Cannot wait to watch.

  • "Spaceman"

Another Adam Sandler project with Netflix, this one will be available to stream on March 1st. Sandler has done two “Murder Mystery” movies with Netflix along with “Hustle,” a basketball movie based in Philadelphia among other projects. This movie, is definitely not of his “Happy Gilmore” days and more down his “Uncut Gems” vibe. A little bit more of a serious side of Adam Sandler, that’s for sure.

It’s gotten quite a high school on Rotten Tomatoes from fans, which is awesome.

  • "Dumb and Dumber"

I apologize for anyone who isn’t a fan of this cult classic but I had to add it to my list. It is one of my all time favorite movies, comedy gold if you ask me. Starring Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels, these two buffoons get themselves into quite the scheme. If you haven’t seen it, shame on you, but I forgiven you because… Netflix has it.

Stream it starting on March 1st. For me? It’s going to be on repeat.

  • "National Lampoon's Animal House"

Wrapping this up with an oldie but a goodie. “Animal House” is another cult classic that I am so glad to see has made its way onto streaming services. “Whatcha guys doing, playing cards?” So many iconic lines from this. Perfect if your son or daughter is entering college in the fall of 2024, you can stream this with them starting on March 1st.

So many classics coming and so much more to get excited about. Variety actually put a full list up of EVERYTHING coming to the streaming service, you can read that article right here.
