The first half of Super Bowl LVII,  Eagles fans were feeling good. Patrick Mahomes was limping and The Birds were buzzing with a double-digit lead. Things changed drastically when the teams came back on the field for the second half. In the end the Chiefs high powered offense was just too much for the Eagles to handle.

The mood also changed for Eagles fans watching at bars, watch parties and at home as the game came to an end. The final score 38-35 Kansas City.

It is a loss that will hurt for a long time. They could have won this game. They should have won this game.

The following photos  accurately depict, “The thrill of victory and the agony of defeat.”
