azuka It’s either the best idea ever or, well… time will tell. Allison Heishman, Artistic Director at Azuka Theatre, joins Marilyn to share details on the upcoming productions at Azuka at the Drake and the roll-out of their “Pay What You Decide” promotion. Yes, it’s a little risky, but she’s so sure you’ll love the 2016-2017 season, that you’ll support financially, socially and more. (click the link/listen/share for details).

Allison is absolutely lovely and definitely one to watch! She has written and directed for Theatre Programs at the National Constitution Center and recently took over as director of Living News, a fast-paced show geared towards middle and high school students that discusses current events and the Constitution. The first “Pay What You Decide” show is “How We Got On” (now thru 10/9) and Azuka if the first theatre company in Philadelphia to offer it’s entire season of productions using the PWYD model. Allison shares details all upcoming shows, so tune in to learn more.
