Black Crowes Unveil 40+ Dates for ‘Shake Your Money Maker’ Tour
The Black Crowes, after much speculation and tour leaks, have made it official will the announcement of their 2020 tour where reunited brothers Chris and Rich Robinson will perform their debut album, Shake Your Money Maker, in its entirety.
In a statement on the reunion, Chris Robinson said, “I’m thrilled and blessed to be playing with my brother celebrating the music we’ve made & bringing our lives together full circle. Long live Rock n’ Roll and The Black Crowes!”
Rich Robinson added, “First and foremost, I’m really happy to have my brother back in my life. To be able to play music again together and celebrate the first record we made as kids, is a gift. To have these songs stand up after 30 years is something I could’ve never fathomed.”
To celebrate the tour announcement, The Black Crowes will be playing two club shows: Tonight (November 11) in New York City at the Bowery Ballroom and on November 14 in Los Angeles at The Troubadour. Ticket details for those shows can be found on the band’s Instagram.
