The Irishman, starring Robert De Niro, Al Pacino and Joe Pesci, is setting itself up to become the next great Martin Scorses film thanks to its incredible new trailer.
The film, which hits select theaters and Netflix this fall, is based on the Charles Brandt book I Heard You Paint Houses that chronicles the life of Frank Sheeran, played by De Niro, a mafia hitman linked to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy and the disappearance of Jimmy Hoffa, played by Pacino.
Also included in the cast is Harvey Keitel, Anna Paquin, Ray Romano, Bobby Cannavale and Jesse Plemons.
The Irishman is set to premiere at the New York Film Festival on September 27.
