POLL: Are Live Covers Great or Unwelcome?
We’ve all been to a show or two (or twelve) when the headliner opts to incorporate a cover into the setlist.
Some can feature a surprise appearance, like when AC/DC’s Brian Johnson popped up at a Billy Joel show in 2014 to sing “You Shook Me All Night Long.”
Sometimes, they can be by an artist from a different genre, like when rapper Machine Gun Kelly added Motley Crue’s “Shout At The Devil” into his setlist on his recent tour, a nod to portraying Tommy Lee in The Dirt.
But are covers always a good thing? We pose that question in the poll below. Let us know what you think!
