Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and if you’re like many Americans, the word itself conjures the sweet scent of pumpkin pie, mouth-watering images of mashed potatoes, and an undercurrent of anxiety about cooking that all-important turkey just right.
A new study looked at searches from last November to find what people in every state were Googling way more than people in most other states about Thanksgiving:
We people in Pennsylvania & New Jersey googled “Does England celebrate Thanksgiving”
People in Missouri Goggled “Does Canada celebrate Thanksgiving”
You do NOT want to have your Thanksgiving dinner in New Hampshire, as their top search was “How to cook a turkey”
And apparently the legal marijuana was already flowing in Colorado, their top search was… Turkey bowling
