I mean, have you escaped a wedding without having to listen to “The Cupid Shuffle?”

A few videos have been circulating social media, showing off people doing a plank challenge using “The Cupid Shuffle” as the motivator.

If you think about it, the song tells you your lefts, rights, and kicks, so why wouldn’t you turn that into a workout?

Four times left toe tap, four times right toe tap, backward leg lifts, and then Mountain Climbers.

Considering that planking is typically more of a stationary tactic, you are keeping your heart rate up, which means you are going to have more of a cardiovascular burn.

Now, the problem is, can you listen to “The Cupid Shuffle”  30 days straight while trying to get results?
