Waters launched into the Pink Floyd classic “Comfortably Numb,” and as he approached the first chorus, Eddie Vedder stealthy made his way to the stage. It took a couple of lines into the chorus for the crowd to realize who was at the mic, but the performance was simply sublime.
Pearl Jam is current on a break from the road, while Vedder has a few solo dates scheduled for September. Waters, meanwhile, will be playing his next show on July 26 in St. Paul, Minn. with his “Us + Them” tour lasting through the end of October.
