Meet Karen Dougherty Buchholz, Senior VP, Administration, Comcast Corporation. She’s has a wide array of corporate development responsibilities, including overseeing corporate real estate, facilities, aviation, diversity, political affairs corporate services, business continuity, travel and security. And yes, she’s the executive in charge of and the advisor to the CEO on the development of Comcast’s new innovation and Technology Center, the 59-story tower adjacent to Comcast’s Corporate Headquarters! Because she’s so extraordinary (and one of the hardest women in corporate right now), Karen has just been named recipient of Philadelphia Magazine’s Trailblazer Award and the presentation is this Friday at One Logan Square.
