The holiday season is all about making memories with loved ones, and this past weekend, my husband, our best friends, and I did just that! On December 7th, 2024, we took the train into Center City, Philadelphia, for a full day of festive fun, capped off with a magical Christmas performance by the Philadelphia Gay Men’s Choir at the Suzanne Roberts Theatre. From delicious martinis to jaw-dropping musical performances, it was an experience that truly embodied the spirit of the season.

We started our adventure by hopping on the train into Center City, ready to take in everything the day had to offer. Our first stop was Rogue for dinner, and let me tell you, the martinis there were nothing short of ample! The cozy ambiance and delicious food made it the perfect spot to relax and kick off our night of festivities.
After dinner, we made our way to the Suzanne Roberts Theatre, where the Philadelphia Gay Men’s Choir was performing their Christmas show. From the moment the choir took the stage, I was in awe. The choreography was vibrant, energetic, and perfectly synchronized, while the musical stylings were absolutely breathtaking. The entire performance was filled with joy, holiday cheer, and incredible talent.
But the best part of the evening for me was seeing my best friend David up there, shining alongside the rest of the choir. He and the entire choir were absolutely incredible—his performance, as always, left me feeling proud and inspired. The passion and enthusiasm of the group truly brought the holiday spirit to life, and I’m so glad I got to be there to witness it.
