Guns N' Roses are back with new music. On Thursday (Aug. 17), the classic rockers unleashed a new song called "Perhaps." The song marks the latest from Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan, and it follows up Guns N' Roses' Hard Skool EP, which was released last year. The release also arrives a few days after the song was leaked on TouchTunes machines at bars throughout the country.

Guns N' Roses have been teasing the new songs for about a month, hinting at title such as "Perhaps" or "The General." Of course, they went with the former, and didn't confirm the song's title until Thursday.

The track begins with some old-school keys before launching into a rock 'n' roll anthem featuring Rose's distinct vocals and Slash's familiar guitar riffing. The song also features a slippery guitar solo from Slash about halfway through. "Got a lot more than I bargained for, you're all alone now. You forgot about the others you were fighting for, you're all alone," Rose sings in the track.

Previously, a video circulated (per Loudwire) with Guns N' Roses stage technician Tom Mayhue saying that the group had a new single dropping soon. He also said they're working on a new album. Mayhue was overheard in a video saying, "I know that the band's gonna start working on new music, they've got a bunch of stuff recorded already," Mayhue said at the time, "So there will be new Guns N' Roses music very soon. In fact, I think they're trying to get a single out any day now, so you may hear something very, very soon."

"Perhaps" was released to radio stations across America at midnight on Thursday. However, it's not streaming yet. We're guessing it will be available for streaming on Friday (Aug. 18), along with the usual Friday music releases. Either way, we will keep you posted.
