A very emotional week in Philly. Nick Foles and Jalen Hurts share heartfelt video messages to Jason Kelce. As we know, after 13 seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles, Jason Kelce officially retired from the NFL. Jason has played with a large amount of NFL players. Every season there is a large turnover rate with players coming and going. Needless to say, Jason has had an impact and friendship with many of his former teammates.

I have to admit I am surprised there weren’t more current and former players who posted about his retirement. At first, I thought, why did Jalen Hurts only post an Instagram story? As did Brandon Graham, Jake Elliott, and Malcolm Jenkins. There was nothing from Nick Foles, AJ Brown, Devonta Smith, Jordan Mailata, and Fletcher Cox. Now I know they probably knew in advance, probably already talked to him in person, especially because Jason was still working out at the Novacare complex, but I do think it’s strange more former teammates posted about him than current ones.

Then today the new episode of New Heights dropped and not only does the video open with Nick Foles, but there are so many familiar faces wishing Jason well. Nick Foles, Jalen Hurts, Joel Embiid, Eli and Peyton Manning, Charles Barkley, Shaq, and many more shared their love and congrats to Jason. It is interesting though that Bryce Harper didn't post anything and isn't in the video.

Clearly, Jason had an impact on so many teammates over the years, maybe they wanted to make sure he felt the love on this emotional day that really will change the franchise forever. The good thing is that Jason lives in Philadelphia, he said numerous times he plans to stay here, and I have a feeling between the podcast and TV, we’ll see him more now than ever before.

Now Travis Found a Mask

Jason and Travis flew to their hometown of Cleveland last night where they were honored with their old bobbleheads at the Cavaliers game. The Cavs were down for a decent amount of time during the game and ended up coming back to win the game by beating the Celtics. The Kelce Brothers effect. Remember during the Super Bowl party, Jason had the mask, well Travis found one this time.

Travis is Making Us Cry Again

The Kelce's making us cry is just how it is now. Obviously, we saw Travis wear sunglasses and sobbing during Jason's retirement speech at the Novacare Complex on Monday, but he didn't have sunglasses on New Heights. He started talking about how much Jason means to him and needless to say, tears flowed. His wiping his tears with his t-shirt really got me.

Jason Talks About THAT Nick Foles Reference

We all laughed so hard when Jason dropped the Big (bleep) Nick reference during his retirement speech. It's been a theme we heard for years, but when Jason dropped it in the speech we knew it was legit. Jason talked about it on the new episode and said he not only asked Nick for permission to say it, but also asked Nick's wife Tori as well. Ha!

Nick Foles, Jalen Hurts, Joel Embiid and More Share Their Love for Jason

At first, I thought it was strange we didn't see more tributes, but after the New Heights dropped it made sense. Nick Foles, Jalen Hurts, Joel Embiid and many more shared their love and appreciation for Jason. Hopefully, we'll get a championship in Philly from Jalen and Joel soon! Also Jalen shaved his goatee!
