There’s a new Miss Philadelphia. Last weekend, Jaqueline Means was officially crowned Miss Philadelphia 2023 at Lincoln University.

Means is a University of Delaware student. She’s a proud STEM major in medical diagnostics and neuroscience. In fact, she’s so proud of being a STEM major that her Instagram handle is @STEMQueenDE. As a fellow STEM graduate, I think it’s awesome that she’s the new Miss Philadelphia.
