We all love a good deal, don’t we? So if you’re heading to the Anthropologie Philadelphia Pop-Up a deal is what you’re going to get.

There are some things that you need to know before you make the journey to the pop-up at Franklin Mills, 1455 Franklin Mills Cir, Philadelphia, PA 19154.

I waited in line for a while and there were so many nice people. No need to worry about there being jerks in line. You’re all there searching for the best deal you can get on some incredible-looking furniture and housewares. Items can be up to 60% off!

Some of the hottest items are the Primrose Mirrors in assorted sizes. For the 3ft Primrose Mirror you can expect to pay $200 and for the mega 7ft Primrose Mirror you can expect to pay $500. They go quickly and the day I went, they only had a select amount of the small ones (square and round) available. You can also find lush couches for about $1,000, which is a deal when you see what they cost at full price.

The Anthropologie Philadelphia Pop-Up is scheduled to be open through July 23rd, however, they had such a huge response when they first opened, they closed for the 4th of July holiday and reopened on July 7th fully restocked.

Keep in mind that all items at the Anthropologie Philadelphia Pop-Up are sold as-is and are final sale.

Here are 7 important things to know when going to the Anthropologie Philadelphia Pop-Up:

  • Be Ready To Wait In Line

I waited just two and a half hours on a Friday around lunchtime. Pack your patience and be nice to your fellow shoppers in line and the people working the pop-up. Everyone I encounterd working the pop-up was super nice and helpful. Also, as a courtesy to the stores along the line, please leave gaps at the store entrances so customers can enter and exit.

  • Bring A Friend

Bring a friend so you have some company in line and you can switch off to walk around, grab food, or hit the restroom. Bonus if your friend is strong, they can help you carry out your purchases and load your car.

They also have a couple of hand trucks they will let you borrow but you must return them to the store once you load your car. Sometimes they are all being used and if you are in a hurry, you won’t have to wait if you bring your own.

If you purchase something like a couch or a large piece of furniture, there is a loading area in the back. Employees will let you know how you can access it.

  • Bring A Truck

If you are looking to purchase a large piece of furniture you are responsible for transport that day. You can usually rent a truck from Home Depot for a decent price. Just know that you will be responsible for loading and unloading.

  • Enter Through Mall Door 3 Or 4

Door 4 is the closest mall entrance to the store. However, mall door 3 is where the end of the line usually is and this is where I parked. The actual storefront is next to Claire’s and across from American Eagle Outfitters.

  • They Will Continuously Restock The Store

The day I was there they were sold out of most of the giant incredibly-popular Primrose Mirrors but had plenty of couches, tables, lamps, rugs, and much more for you to spend your money on.

  • Have A Plan

Before you arrive have an idea of what you are looking for and prioritize what you want to try to get your hands on. You can see the pricing list here. It’s also a good idea to bring a tape measure to make sure the furniture you are eying will fit in your home…and your car.
