Vision 2020 Celebrates National Women’s History Month

Philadelphia, PAVision 2020, the national initiative developed by Drexel University College of Medicine to make equality a priority among women and men, will hold a free event open to the public to celebrate women’s history and future. The program includes: Marilyn Russell, host of The BEN FM Morning Show; Lynn Yeakel, Vision 2020 Co-chair and Director of the Institute for Women’s Health and Leadership; and Erin Vilardi, The White House Project VP and New York Vision 2020 Delegate. Guided tours of Vision 2020’s original exhibition, titled “From the Absence of Many to the Presence of All…The Unfinished Business of Women’s Equality,” which is on display at the Constitution Center will be offered at noon and 1:15 p.m. There will also be a special showing at of “Freedom Rising,” a multimedia production that tells the story of the U.S. Constitution at 11:30 a.m. Find more information here.
