After a year of planning, Ticked Off Music Fest will finally kick off its first leg of the series.  The music festival, designed to bring awareness to Lyme and tick related diseases, will take place on June 15, 2013 starting at 4 p.m. at the World Café Live at The Queen in Wilmington, DE.  The line-up for the concert will include: Cliff Hillis, Laura Cheadle, John & Brittany, Melissa Cox, The Zen Engines and schroeder.

Proceeds from Ticked Off Music Fest will go to the TBDA (Tick-Borne Disease Alliance) – an organization dedicated to raising awareness, supporting research and promoting advocacy to find a cure for tick-borne diseases and to the Inanna House – an inpatient recovery center for chronic Lyme sufferers.

The Ticked Off Music Fest was founded in 2012 by Gregg Kirk, who currently hails from the NYC metro area and has been dealing with chronic Lyme for almost a decade.  Lyme and tick-borne diseases are the fastest growing infectious diseases in the country.
