Philadelphia River Wards Support Our Troops Rally

The people of Philadelphia’s River Ward neighborhoods have a long and proud tradition of answering our Nation’s call in times of trouble. Since the American Revolution right up to the War on Terror, the men and women of these neighborhoods have always risen to the challenge. Join them in saluting the courage and sacrifice our family, friends, neighbors are making while serving in uniform; and support and encourage their loved ones here at home. At the last two River Ward rallies over 1,000 people came out at each event; I know we can do it again, only bigger and better! At the Rally, the Men and Women of the Philadelphia Police and Fire Departments will be honored for their courage and sacrifice.
