Join Marilyn Russell and the Party Patrol on New Year’s day at the Kimmel Center as the Mummers strut down Broad Street. Take a break from the cold and ring in the New Year with the Kimmel Center and the Garces Events team! The day will feature activities for kids, face painters, balloon artists, free live performances, and more. Enjoy spectacular food, drinks, and panoramic views at the Lounge & Broad Street Balcony from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.  $49 all you can eat food + beverage.  $25 for those under 21.
