Rich DeSisto and the Party Patrol will be at IKEA in Conshohocken (400 Alan Wood Rd) on Saturday, the 28th from noon to 2 for games, prizes, and to help out with IKEA’s Soft Toys for Education campaign. By purchasing an IKEA soft toy or children’s book, IKEA Foundation will donate $1 to UNICEF and Save the Children, which will enable children in developing countries to have a quality education. Plus, they’re you’ll have the opportunity to “double the donation”. Customers can place a purchased soft toy through the chimney of their soft toy donation house at the exit. Those toys collected throughout the 8-week campaign will be donated to the Variety Club Camp & Developmental Center, which serves special needs children in the Philadelphia area.
