Hyatt Helping Haiti” Valentine’s Day Family Event

On Sunday, February 14, 2010 Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing will host a fun filled family event to raise money for the relief efforts in Haiti. The hotel has set a goal of raising $10,000, which will be donated to the American Red Cross.

The event will be full of fun activities themed around families. Some of the activities include a petting zoo courtesy of The Philadelphia Zoo, face painting, arts & crafts, video games, arcade games, a moon bounce and a magician. Fun filled food stations will be included with admission as well as complimentary self-parking. Menu items include hot dogs, pizza, boardwalk fries, cotton candy, funnel cakes, a “decorate your own” cupcake station and much more. “Special guest appearances by The Mummers and Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders will add a lot of excitement and local flare to the event,” said Hyatt Regency Director of Sales & Marketing Dan Miller. To assist in achieving the goal, there will also be raffle tickets available with prizes including a (3) night stay in Orlando, FL, restaurant gift cards, hotel stays, tickets to local attractions and a free slumber party at Hyatt Regency Philadelphia.
