Hurricane Tomas Disaster Relief

HURRICANE TOMAS passed over St. Lucia leaving in its wake a trail of destruction and death. Official primary estimate of the massive destruction to crops, road and infrastructure is placed at $500 million. 10, 000 homes were destroyed and 14 deaths have been reported.
