| This virtual 5K fundraiser event raises money for The Expecting and Birth Parent Support Fund, a fund set up by our organization, Adoptions From The Heart. AFTH is a non-profit adoption agency located in various locations along the northeast. These programs support Birth Parents who have worked with us, both before and after placement. Each birth parent is facing unique challenges, and many find themselves in need of additional financial support to help with housing, food transportation in order to regain their footing.
