Join 95.7 Ben FM and thousands of Delaware Valley residents, including heart and stroke survivors, on Saturday, November 12 to walk in the American Heart Association’s 13th annual Philadelphia Heart Walk (5K around FDR Park) to raise awareness and funds to fight cardiovascular disease and stroke, the No. 1 and No. 3 causes of death in Southeastern PA and the country. Activities for adults and children will begin at 8 a.m. and the Walk will kick off at 10 at Citizen’s Bank Park. The Heart Walk is an exciting fun-filled event that promotes walking as a part of a healthy lifestyle. The funds raised are designated to research which will help save lives.
