Join the American Lung Association in raising awareness for lung disease and the fight for clean air by participating in the 2012 Fight for Air Walk. The Fight for Air Walk is a 3-Mile walk through historical Philadelphia, starting at Headhouse Square, 2nd and Lombard Sts. Registration begins at 8:30AM and the Walk starts promptly at 10:00AM. There are plenty of fun events and activities for children and families who wish to participate. The money raised at this Walk allows the American Lung Association to fund lung research, programs for lung disease (such as Asthma) for adults and children, tobacco prevention and cessation programs, and advocate for clean and healthy air (indoors and outdoors), and provides our communities with lung health awareness and resources.
