Michael DeBene, Executive Director of Welcome America, Inc., a public-private partnership with the City of Philadelphia charged with enhancing the resident and visitor experience ‘s 4th of July celebration. Starting on Junteenth, this year’s celebration will include six nights of fireworks, a 10,000 member parade on July 3, free hoagie day, concert events throughout the city and the Liberty Medal presentation to Pope Leo.
