Comic Relief’s Red Nose Day 2020 was this past Thursday, May 21st. Kristen Herrmann speaks with Lauren Spitzer, Senior Vice President of Fundraising and Philanthropy at Comic Relief US about Red Nose Day this year, and the organization’s efforts to fight child poverty in the US and throughout the world.

This year’s fundraising efforts are even more crucial as the ripple effects of COVID-19 for vulnerable children in poverty are devastating. Red Nose Day was Thursday, but it not too late to donate to today or to become a sustaining member throughout the year.
