First, Marilyn interviews the owner and publisher of Philly Current, a ‘bi-monthly’ features magazine – Eddie Keels about their PC Picks issue for 2016. Spotlighting the people, places and things that make Philly the place we love, with tons of great picks and suggestions for both popular and little known gems in the city. Then Renee Gilinger, Executive Director of the East Passyunk Improvement District joins Kristen in studio to go over the details on this year’s East Passyunk FREE Easter Egg Hunt! Children ages 10 and under are invited to join BEN-FM and the EASTER BUNNY himself on Saturday, March 19th at 11am in the garden at the South Philadelphia Older Adult Center (at EPA & Dickinson). 11am – ages 4 and under, 12pm – ages 5-7, 1pm – ages 8-10. Renee also touches on EPA’s Flavors of the Avenue event on April 24th, 12pm-4pm featuring over 2 dozen award winning East Passyunk restaurants, all under one roof!
