Fringe Fest has just begun – more than 105 performances in Philadelphia this month and we’re hoping you catch a few of them. Melissa Cameron, Artistic Director of Birds on A Wire Dance Theatre, has put together a performance we think you’ll really like: “In the Clearing” is part of Philly Fringe and there are 3-shows this weekend at Christ Church Neighborhood House, 20 N. American Street, Philadelphia. Melissa shares details with Marilyn on this contemporary, full-length dance work embarking on a journey through a fairy-tale forest to uncover the best and worst of humanity. Tune in to learn what the dancers learn while in the forest, and get details on the kid-friendly performance on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. Pack a picnic basket and the kids and enjoy your day in the clearing!
