Philly’s Biggest Block Party takes over Northern Liberties again this weekend for the 8th Annual 2nd Street Festival – Sunday, August 7th from noon-10pm. 2nd Street Festival Director, Kristine Kennedy joins Kristen in studio to talk about this year’s event.
