Philadelphia is officially back in playoff mode — and the city is glowing orange. As the Philadelphia Flyers make their highly anticipated return to the Stanley Cup Playoffs, the team has launched “Ignite the Orange,” a citywide campaign designed to unite fans, neighborhoods, and businesses around one shared goal: bringing the Stanley Cup back to Philadelphia.
Beginning Monday, April 20, the excitement shifts into high gear with a series of free, public activations that invite fans to rally behind the Orange and Black ahead of the Flyers’ first home playoff game on Wednesday, April 22. Presented by the Tri‑State Toyota Dealers Association, the 2026 Flyers Playoffs campaign will be felt across in‑arena experiences, fan events, and social and digital platforms throughout the postseason.
One of the most visible signs of the playoff push will be the Philadelphia skyline, which will light up in Flyers orange throughout the run — a bold visual reminder that the city is all in.
On Monday, April 20, fans can take part in the “Ignite the Orange” Flyers Bus Tour presented by Toyota, featuring appearances from NBC Sports Philadelphia, Flyers alumni, and Gritty. The multi‑town tour makes stops in Center City, King of Prussia, and Media, before wrapping up at Stateside Live!, the official away‑game watch party destination for the Flyers. Fans attending the Game 2 watch party can reserve free tickets and will have a chance to win Flyers home playoff tickets at Xfinity Mobile Arena.
The momentum continues on Tuesday, April 21, with a Flyers Playoffs Pep Rally at Comcast Center Plaza from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The free event will feature appearances by Gritty, the Flyers Ice Team, games, giveaways, and another opportunity for fans to score home playoff tickets — all building energy for the return to home ice.
That return comes on Wednesday, April 22, when the Flyers host Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs at Xfinity Mobile Arena, followed by Game 4 on Saturday, April 25. To mark the team’s first postseason games in the newly named arena, every fan in attendance will receive an exclusive 2026 Flyers Playoffs presented by Toyota t‑shirt. Fans are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy the official block party outside East Food Hall, opening three hours before puck drop.
From skyline lighting to pep rallies to packed home games, Ignite the Orange is more than a slogan — it’s Philadelphia showing up, together, for playoff hockey.
