One of Fishtown’s most flavorful annual traditions is officially back. The Fishtown Kensington Area Business Improvement District is inviting beer lovers, foodies, and anyone who loves a fun neighborhood event to celebrate the return of Stouts & Snouts. This one‑day festival takes place Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 11:00am until close, and it transforms the entire district into a tasting trail of bold brews, creative cocktails, and pork‑inspired dishes (with plant‑based options, too). Even better? There’s no charge to attend — just pay as you go for food and drinks.

Executive Director Marc Collazzo says it best: this event is all about sampling creative pairings from Fishtown’s eclectic lineup of bars and restaurants while supporting the local businesses that make the neighborhood thrive. And he’s right — Stouts & Snouts brings people together through one of the best forms of community building: sharing good food and drinks with friends.

Restaurant owner Paul Kimport, who runs Johnny Brenda’s and The International Bar, echoes that spirit. He highlights that the neighborhood loves showing off its energy and diversity, especially with St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner. The timing makes this the perfect weekend to explore Fishtown’s dining scene, sip seasonal cocktails, and enjoy specialty dishes you won’t find any other time of year.

What to Expect This Year

From classic Irish stouts to creative twists, the event’s signature lineup includes:

  • Stout Beer Specials- Expect everything from smooth, traditional Irish stouts to inventive small‑batch varieties.
  • Inspired Cocktails - Irish whiskey creations and specialty drinks crafted just for the event.
  • Pork & Plant‑Based Bites - Pulled pork sliders, schnitzel, BBQ classics, creative alternatives, and more.
