The Wild Resort, a five-story luxury boutique hotel at 3000 Boardwalk in Wildwood, is progressing on schedule for a late spring to early summer opening.
Developer Solly Levy Baghdadi of Wildwood Hospitality Group LLC told NJ Advance Local Express that construction is in mid-phase and on schedule. He thanked Wildwood's mayor, Ernie Troiano, and the borough for their support through the development process.
“Every phase of construction brings us closer to delivering a resort that reflects the energy, history, and future of Wildwood. We're excited about what this project will contribute to the boardwalk and look forward to welcoming guests in summer 2026,” Baghdadi said.

When completed, the resort will span approximately 77,000 square feet across five floors at 3000 Boardwalk. It is located at Glenwood Avenue between the two main Morey's amusement piers. The complex will feature 75 guest rooms, including 10 presidential suites with private outdoor jacuzzis and ocean views.
According to the NJ Advance Local Express, the rooftop level will offer a pool, restaurant, and bar with panoramic ocean and boardwalk views. The ground floor will open directly onto the boardwalk and will include a Starbucks, It's Sugar candy store, and a family-owned pizzeria.
The overall design maximizes natural light and ocean views for most rooms and common areas, while natural beach tones and textures inspire the interiors.
Additional amenities include a full-service Starbucks, a candy store, a pizzeria, a fitness center, and a gift shop featuring Wildwood memorabilia.
