It’s the most magical time of the year, and Santa Claus is making his rounds across the Philadelphia area! Whether you’re looking for a classic mall photo op, a festive outdoor market, or a dazzling light display where Santa makes a special appearance, there are plenty of places to catch the big guy in red this season. From Center City traditions like the Dickens Village to charming countryside spots in Bucks and Chester Counties, here are the best places to visit Santa in and around Philadelphia for the 2025 holiday season.

🎄 In Philadelphia

1. Wanamaker Light Show and Dickens Village 

📍 100 E. Penn Square, The Wannamaker Building, Philadelphia, PA 19107
🗓️ November 28 – December 24, 2025

  • Located on the third floor of the Wanamaker Building, Dickens Village is a 6,000-square-foot nostalgic, immersive walk-through experience. Visitors are transported to 1840s London with 26 heart-warming scenes from Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. 
  • The Wanamaker Light Show is free to attend, no tickets required, and runs every hour on the half hour during opening hours, while free timed tickets are required for Dickens Village.

2. Christmas Village in LOVE Park

📍 1500 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA
🗓️ November 22 – December 24, 2025

  • Visit him from Fridays to Sundays from November 29th until December 21st:
  • Before Santa takes off for his big night, he’s spending a few extra days at Christmas Village to collect every last wish. Catch him on December 22nd and December 23rd from 12 PM - 7 PM and on Christmas Eve from 12 PM - 5 PM.
  • The village has dozens of holiday vendors, German treats, and festive lights.
  • Closed: November 24th ­– November 26th

3. Philadelphia Zoo – LumiNature

🗓️ Select nights November 20, 2025 – January 3, 2026

  • Santa visits select nights in November and December (check the zoo website for the schedule).
  • A magical walk-through light display with themed zones and treats.

4. Peddler’s Village – Photos with Santa

📍 Routes 202 & 263, Lahaska, PA (Bucks County)
🗓️ November 14 – December 24, 2025

  • Visit Santa inside Giggleberry Fair on select days (select dates).
  • Enchanted Evenings include beautiful holiday lights, shopping, and gingerbread displays, making it extra special.

5. Shady Brook Farm – Holiday Light Show & Santa's Village

📍 931 Stony Hill Road, Yardley, PA
🗓️ Various dates and times through the holiday season

  • Visit Santa in his Village or have breakfast with the big man on select dates.
  • Enjoy a drive-through or walk-through light show and festive treats afterward.

6. Linvilla Orchards – Visits with Santa

  • Meet Santa and enjoy holiday trees, fire pits, and hot cider.

7. King of Prussia Mall

  • Classic mall Santa setup with reservation options and photo packages.
  • Near Nordstrom

8. Elmwood Park Zoo – Wild Lights

📍 1661 Harding Blvd, Norristown, PA
🗓️ Dates: November 21 - December 30, 2025

  • Santa appears every night Wild Lights is open through December 23.
  • Zoo is fully illuminated with music and entertainment, festive cocktails, and animal encounters including the new mini highland Christmas Cows.
