Philadelphia's scariest haunted attraction, Lincoln Mill Haunted House, has returned for its fourth chilling season in 2025 with exciting new features that promise to take fear to the next level. Located in the historic textile mill building in Manayunk, this immersive horror experience combines live scare actors, animatronics, and production-quality sets with a spine-tingling narrative rooted in the mill's dark past and the devastating 2021 Hurricane Ida flood.
This year, Lincoln Mill has introduced three brand-new rooms, a redesigned entry and exit sequence, fresh terrifying characters, and expanded photo opportunities that plunge guests deeper into its twisted world. The outdoor haunted midway adds to the thrills with food and drink vendors, including the exclusive "Horror Business" haunted house beer collaboration with New Ridge Brewing Co. Visitors can also enjoy upgrades to the haunted deck overlooking the Schuylkill River, enhancing the eerie atmosphere.
Co-founder Jared Bilsak emphasized the team's focus on evolving the storyline and delivering new scares every season. Unlike typical haunted houses, Lincoln Mill offers a story-driven experience with a blend of local history and original horror folklore, following the tale of Viktor Kane, a mill owner who experimented cruelly on workers during the Great Depression. The haunted house's authenticity is underscored by reports of paranormal activity within the building, confirmed by investigators and mediums.
Running now through November 2, 2025, with tickets starting at $23 for groups and $35 for general admission, Lincoln Mill is a must-visit for thrill-seekers in the Philadelphia area. Beyond Halloween, Lincoln Mill hosts themed events year-round, including “A Twisted Christmas” and “Viktor’s Valentine,” offering fans a variety of horror experiences.
Located at 4100 Main Street in Manayunk, the attraction is accessible by car, SEPTA Regional Rail, and bus, with parking and ride-sharing recommendations available. Lincoln Mill also shares a behind-the-scenes documentary series, "Built to Scare," showcasing the making of this theatrical horror spectacle.
Prepare to face the nightmare and unlock the secrets that haunt Lincoln Mill.
