Philadelphia's Vegan Restaurant Week (PVRW) is returning for its seventh year, running from Friday, Oct. 24, to Saturday, Nov. 1, spanning nine days and coinciding with Halloween and World Vegan Day celebrations.
The event promotes the exploration of Philadelphia's diverse vegan cuisine. It supports local businesses, with both vegan and non-vegan restaurants participating to highlight the accessibility and innovation of plant-based food.
Confirmed participating restaurants include Casablanca Mediterranean Grill, Carl, Fat Salmon Sushi, Fitz on Fourth, and Nourish, with additional restaurants to be announced soon.
Restaurants will offer special three-course prix fixe vegan menus priced at $25, $35, or $45. The dining establishments will feature a variety of unique vegan dishes throughout the week.
This year's PVRW will partner with the charity Juntos. PVRW will donate a portion of the proceeds to support the organization, which advocates for human rights among Latino immigrants in South Philadelphia.
Participants are encouraged to follow the official PVRW website and social media (@phillyveganrestaurantweek) for updates and make reservations directly with the participating establishments.
