The highly anticipated rebrand will take effect in fall 2025, marking a new era for this bustling entertainment complex.
As part of the evolution, a $20 million renovation will modernize the venue, with upgrades scheduled for completion in 2026. Located between Lincoln Financial Field, Citizens Bank Park, and Wells Fargo Center, this hotspot has served as Philly’s unofficial “fourth stadium” since opening back in 2012 on the historic grounds of the old Spectrum arena. Built with a $150 million investment by Comcast-Spectacor and The Cordish Companies, it quickly became a go-to destination for sports fans and concertgoers alike.
Stateside Vodka, Philly’s hometown craft distillery founded in Kensington in 2015, has risen to national fame, now distributing in 32 states and earning prestigious accolades—like a 2024 Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The new partnership not only wraps a local success story around a legendary venue, but also promises to refresh food, drink, and entertainment options across its twelve bars and restaurants, including the massive NBC Sports Arena.
The rebrand and renovation cement Stateside Live!’s position as the heart of South Philly’s sports and event scene—so whether you’re catching a big game, grabbing a bite before a concert, or enjoying community festivities in the plaza, expect a new era of energy and flavor in the years ahead.
