Thousands of Jeep enthusiasts in the U.S. Northeast will come together at the Jersey Shore this summer.
The annual NJ Jeep Invasion will take over the Wildwoods from Thursday, July 10, through Sunday, July 13. This four-day event will be held on the beach between Andrews and Cresse avenues, behind the Wildwoods sign.
Educational workshops, Jeep displays, raffles, and a beach obstacle course will all be part of the multi-day activities. According to N.J. Community News, more than 75 industry vendors will also participate in this family-friendly event, which is free and open to the public.
Jeep owners who want to exhibit their vehicles on the beach must pre-register online by Wednesday, June 18, at 11:59 p.m. No “day-of” registration will be available.
Thursday, July 10
An NJ Jeep Invasion Market Night will be held at Olde New Jersey Avenue in North Wildwood from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Friday, July 11
Jeeps will be on display from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. A “Jeepers Back the Blue” fundraiser will take place at the Naval Air Station Wildwood Aviation Museum, 500 Forrestal Road in Cape May, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. The suggested donation is $10 per person. This event will feature more than 350 Jeeps, live music, and food trucks.
Saturday, July 12
Thousands of Jeeps will be exhibited for the public to view from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The day will also feature a beach obstacle course and vendors from across the country. An Oracle Light Party, sponsored by Oracle Lighting, will be held from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Kindle Jeep, 525 Stone Harbor Boulevard in Cape May Court House.
Sunday, July 13
Jeeps and vendors will be exhibited on the beach from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. An obstacle course and educational seminars will also be featured.
Nonperishable food items will be collected on Friday and Saturday in exchange for raffle tickets. All donations will benefit the Community Food Bank of New Jersey.
