Philadelphia will celebrate Juneteenth with events from June 14 to 22, including a parade in West Fairmount Park that will bring 25,000 people to watch floats roll by.
The Penn Museum will host a free festival on June 14 with music, dance, and local vendors. Mercer Museum will host a living history presentation about Harriet Tubman on the same day.
On June 19, the streets near the African American Museum will host Lady Alma and DJ Drama from noon until sunset.
