Summer wouldn't be summer in Bucks County without some music. Below are highlights of several concert series you won't want to miss this summer. 

Bensalem

The Penn Community Bank Amphitheater summer concert series is planning 13 shows this season, going from May to October. Tribute bands will honor entertainers such as Michael Jackson, Bon Jovi and Journey, and 1980s pop hits, performed by New York tribute band The Ronald Reagans

When: Wednesdays beginning May 28 at 7 p.m.

Where: Penn Community Bank Amphitheater, Central Park, 2400 Byberry Road

Doylestown

Doylestown's Thompson Performing Arts Series marks its 30th year of performances in 2025. The lineup will feature performers ranging from the Bucks County Orchestra with patriotic and popular American classics to the Soul Cruisers with classic R&B and Motown. 

When: Wednesdays from June 4 to Aug. 27 at 7 p.m.

Where: Doylestown Central Park, 425 Wells Road

Langhorne

Langhorne Borough Business Association members are stepping up to make several summer concerts possible for the community every other Wednesday.

When: Wednesdays beginning May 28 from 7-9 p.m.

Where: Concerts are held in Langhorne Community Park at the corner of Maple and Bellevue avenues.

Two Concerts Not to Miss

Concert Under the Stars, a Salute to America from Tinicum Park

Complete with a full orchestra, Riverside Symphonia's annual concert will perform for thousands in Tinicum Park in Upper Bucks County. The playlist will feature traditional American favorites, some Frank Sinatra, and classics from films and Broadway shows. Be sure to stay for the "big finish," complete with fireworks and performances of “The 1812 Overture” and “Stars and Stripes Forever.”

When: Saturday, June 28

Where: Tinicum Park, 963 River Road, Erwinna

Oldies on the River in Bristol

What began several years ago as a doo wop concert has now become Oldies on the River. This concert in Bristol borough will feature several hours of Motown performers from the 1950s and 1960s, as well as R&B and soul music. 

When: Generally held the third Saturday in September; the date and lineup will be officially announced in mid-May

Where: Mill Street parking lot, between Mill and Radcliffe streets
