Southeast Asian Market in FDR Park

The Southeast Asian Market in FDR Park is a vibrant cultural gathering space created by Philadelphia's Southeast Asian refugee and immigrant communities. For over 35 years, Lao, Khmer, Thai, Vietnamese, and Indonesian vendors have shared traditional cuisine, produce, plants, clothing, jewelry, and multilingual services. Season 1 runs from April to June and is near the Broad Street exit at Picnic Area 17. Season 2 runs from July to October and shifts to Picnic Area 11 near the Taney Baseball Field. Each season offers a unique opportunity to explore diverse Southeast Asian cuisines, crafts, and community gatherings.

Lawrence Killebrew

  • What: Comedian Lawrence Killebrew
  • When: Sunday, April 27, 2025, at 7 p.m.
  • Where: Punch Line Philly, 33 E. Laurel St.
  • Cost: General seating $25.65, preferred seating $35.25

Celebrate the birthday of Philly's own Lawrence Killebrew with a night of laughter and good vibes at Punch Line Philly. Arrive early and enjoy the preshow hangout in the Callback Bar, which opens one hour before doors. This 21+ show (18+ with a parent or guardian over 30) requires a valid photo ID and a two-beverage minimum per person. A portion of the proceeds supports Comedy Gives Back.

Dreamgirls
