Sea Isle City Releases Dynamic Summer Schedule with Family Events, Movies, and Beachcombing

If you're looking for fun, family-friendly entertainment this summer, look no further than Sea Isle City, New Jersey. This Jersey Shore town is a popular vacation destination, and during this summer, the community's events schedule is packed with plenty of fun things to do.

Here's a look at some of the weekly events coming to Excursion Park, at the corner of JFK Boulevard and Pleasure Avenue. 

A free Family Fun Night will be held from June 30 through Aug. 25. The activities will include a DJ dance party featuring an interactive live performance from familiar kids' characters. Shows run from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Taste the freshness of summer's bounty at the Sea Isle Farmers Market, held from June 17 to Aug. 26. The market will run from 8 a.m. to noon. 

If you've ever wanted to try your hand at beachcombing, you can join a guided beachcombing expedition at the 29th Street beach. The activity is offered from June 26 through Aug. 28 between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m., weather permitting.

Enjoy free family movies under the stars every Wednesday evening from June 25 through Aug. 27 at the pavilion near the Sea Isle City Promenade. Visit the Sea Isle City Tourism & Welcome Center's website to view a weekly lineup.

Guided beachcombing expeditions will also be offered at the Townsend Inlet Park from June 26 through Aug. 28 between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m., weather permitting.

Teens and young adults ages 15 to 20 can hang out and participate in an Acoustic Open Mic Night held from July 10 through Aug. 21, 9 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Experience the music of legendary entertainers from Elton John and Linda Ronstadt to Billy Joel and Taylor Swift during Sea Isle City's Free Concerts Under the Stars, taking place from June 28 through Aug. 30. The performances run from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. View the performance schedule online.
