Hamilton is in Philly So Do Not Throw Away Your Shot

Hamilton is in Philly, and no matter how many times I see this show, I will always want to go see it again. It’s so well done. I consider myself…

Hamilton is in Philly, and no matter how many times I see this show, I will always want to go see it again. It’s so well done. I consider myself “lucky to be alive right now” in a time where Lin Manuel Miranda continues to make beautiful art. He's a genius. I love Moana and I'm looking forward to diving into his latest Warriors project, but for me, Hamilton will be very hard to beat. This musical (about the country's Founding Fathers of all things) will live on as one of the most popular shows of all time, and for good reason.

The lyrics are so quick, and so smart. The music is beautiful and the story is so incredibly inspiring. The craziest part too, is the subject matter. History told in a way that's so interesting, and with absolutely nothing like it anywhere else, on stage or otherwise. The national touring cast of Hamilton is here performing in Philly through November 23rd at the Academy of Music, and when Hamilton is in Philly, do not throw away your shot to see it.
