There have been 17 PAWS Mutt Struts, and I think I've been to 16 of the 17. I was even there in person for their virtual strut. It would take a lot for me to miss this event. Even after the event is over - I spend the rest of the year pulling up all the cute dog photos on my phone until the next Mutt Strut rolls around. (Those are posted below, btw.) It's essentially a carnival for dogs and dog lovers. Super fun, super cute, and it benefits a super incredible organization. What more could you want?

Glad you asked. PAWS operates out of 3 locations. Their PAWS Spay/Neuter and Wellness Clinic In Grays Ferry, their original PAWS Adoption Center in Old City, and their PAWS Northeast Adoption Center and Clinic. They offer low-cost spay/neuter and care for thousands of animals and are working to make Philadelphia a no-kill city. Can't think of a better mission for an animal lover.

The money raised will benefit Philadelphia’s most vulnerable pets, and every dollar raised goes directly to PAWS. If you're able, please help PAWS save and serve the four-legged friends who need us most: fragile kittens, ailing seniors, pets with special medical needs, and dogs, cats, and small animals with nowhere else to turn. Yeah. Lots of em'. BEN FM runs the Doggie Halloween Costume Contest! We'll be there, taking all of your super creative costume entries, and awarding some great prizes too. We have categories for every kind of dog and every kind of costume. Small dogs, large dogs, puppies, seniors, best sports costumes, scariest, and even tastiest. (There are usually a lot of hotdog costumes.) Even if you don't dress up your dog, or even bring a dog, all the cuties in the costume contest will be worth venturing out that morning. Give your Instagram followers a thrill.
