Burgers are fun, but cheeseburgers are extra tasty. Pennsylvania has a bunch of great burger and cheeseburger joints, and now, one cheeseburger spot has been named the best in the state.

The tally comes from Yelp. "Thick and juicy, thin and crispy, slapped between a fluffy moist bun and topped with ooey gooey cheese, there’s nothing like the perfect cheeseburger to get your mouth watering and your tummy rumbling," they state in the story. "We’ve compiled the top place from each state to get the dreamiest cheeseburgers." They also say to "slap on your stretchy pants and grab your ketchup," which I find pretty hilarious.

According to Yelp, Route 66 on W. Liberty Street in Lancaster has been named the restaurant with the best cheeseburger in Pennsylvania. The restaurant has a high 4.5 stars on Yelp. One reviewer stated, "Yet another gem in Lancaster. I saw on the local newspaper that they had the best burgers. Lancaster has some good burgers so I got curious... I think they have the best classic diner level burgers. It's just three perfect balance of a smashed patty to everything else. This would not qualify as a fancy burger but dang... They do it right. Just a classic, honest burger." Sounds like a perfect spot to go on a cheeseburger rampage.

The methodology for this story, according to Yelp, was that the outlet "identified businesses in the food and restaurants category on Yelp, with a large concentration of reviews mentioning 'cheeseburger,' then ranked those spots using a number of factors, including the total volume and ratings of reviews mentioning 'cheeseburger' between January 1, 2022 and July 15, 2022."
